These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and digital tools offered by Ionisphere Health ("Ionisphere," "we," "us," or "our"), including our portfolio of independent web applications spanning health, fitness, dating, style, mindset, and finance ("the Products"). By accessing or using any of the Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using any Ionisphere Product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to comply with them. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 9 below; continued use of the Products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Ionisphere Health operates a portfolio of independent digital web applications, each designed as a standalone lifestyle or self-improvement tool. Products may be accessed via a recurring subscription or a one-time purchase, depending on the specific application. We may add, modify, discontinue, or otherwise change any Product or feature at any time, with or without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to inform active subscribers of material changes affecting their use of a paid Product.

3. User Accounts and Access

Some Products may require you to create an account to access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account or making a purchase, and to promptly update that information if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Products only for their intended lawful purposes. You may not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Product, account, or system; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Product except as permitted by law; (c) use any Product to harass, abuse, or harm another person; (d) interfere with or disrupt the operation of any Product or the servers or networks connected to it; or (e) use automated means to scrape, copy, or reproduce Product content without our prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property associated with the Products are owned by Ionisphere Health or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase or subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the applicable Product for your personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted, and you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Products without our prior written permission.

6. Payment Terms

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. This means Paddle handles billing, invoicing, tax collection and remittance, and payment processing on our behalf, and your payment is made to Paddle rather than directly to Ionisphere Health. Subscription fees are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal provided at the time of purchase or via the contact details below. Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice for active subscribers.

7. Disclaimer — Not Professional Advice

The Products are general wellness, lifestyle, and productivity tools intended for informational and self-improvement purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Nothing within any Product should be construed as diagnosis, treatment, or a professional recommendation of any kind. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, financial decision, or other matter requiring specialized expertise. Your use of the Products is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ionisphere Health and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Products. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of a Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Product in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, Products, or legal obligations. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice to active subscribers. Your continued use of any Product after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any Product at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the Product. You may stop using any Product at any time, and may cancel a subscription as described in Section 6. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund Policy.
