Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Ionisphere Health ("Ionisphere," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our websites and digital applications (the "Products"). We built the Products around a simple principle: collect as little as necessary, and be transparent about the rest.
1. Information We Collect
We collect a limited set of information depending on how you use the Products:
- Account and contact information: such as your name and email address, if a Product requires an account or you contact us for support.
- Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor, Paddle (see Section 3 below). We do not collect or store your card details.
- Usage analytics: such as pages visited, features used, device and browser type, and general interaction data, collected to help us understand how the Products are used and to improve them.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: provide and maintain the Products; process purchases and manage subscriptions; respond to support requests; send necessary transactional communications (such as billing receipts or service notices); understand usage patterns so we can improve and troubleshoot the Products; and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Payment Processing
All payments for the Products are processed entirely by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. Paddle collects and processes payment details (such as card numbers) directly, and Ionisphere Health does not store, receive, or have access to your full card details. Paddle's handling of your payment information is governed by Paddle's own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of third-party service providers to operate the Products, including: analytics providers, to help us understand usage of the Products; hosting providers, to run our websites and applications; and Paddle, for payment processing as described above. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are contractually or otherwise required to handle it responsibly.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 9 below. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.
6. Cookies
The Products may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, keep you signed in where applicable, and gather anonymized usage analytics. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect the functionality of some Products.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Products, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
8. Children's Privacy
The Products are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16, where applicable local law sets a higher threshold), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
9. Contact
